The Club decided that 2018 would be a year focusing on 'social rides' to bring members of all levels together for riding, fun and friendships!

This event is our 1st 'social ride' Club activity.  Many PPCC members have ridden and enjoyed this early season event. (look above)   Most will registerfor the 30 mile route.  If you go on a shorter route, spending time with the dogs is always fun while you wait for the others to return.  Please invite your significant other to join for lunch.  More information to follow.

    • 1:00pm until finished |  Explore the C&O Canal from a bicycle. This is a casual, slower-paced ride for folks. Our speed and distance will be determined by the riders who attend. 10 miles or less. Meet at the foot of the iron staircase across from Harpers Ferry on the C&O Canal towpath. Those coming from Harpers Ferry can have help getting their bikes down and up the steps if needed. The ride will carry on in light rain but be cancelled in a downpour or extreme mud. This Flip Flop Festival ride is sponsored by Panhandle Pedalers (www.panhandlepedalers.com).
